Paste special in Excel for Mac

Option, then E S, opens Paste Special in Excel for Mac with RibbonKeys, the same menu keys as Alt+E+S on Windows. E opens the Edit menu and S is Paste Special.

On the ribbon the same dialog is H V S: Home, Paste, Paste Special. Once the dialog is open, V is Values, F is Formulas and T is Formats. The dialog's other letters are on the shortcut list.
