Excel Alt shortcuts on Mac: the full list
RibbonKeys draws the Windows Alt-key letters over Excel for Mac, and this page lists them. Tap Option, then type the letters: H O I auto-fits the column width, H V V pastes values, E S opens Paste Special, and W F F freezes panes.
The order is the ribbon's. A gallery or a colour swatch has no letter of its own and stays on the arrow keys, as on Windows. Draw and Automate are marked not tested yet.

Narrow window
When the window is narrow, Excel folds a group into one button. These letters open that button. The tab's own letters then apply inside it.
